On the other hand, while the main aim of the school is the academic development of the students, its effects on teenagers are way far in terms of development and also their mental and physical safety. Ethics and background are also other agents of socialization that are good at ensuring that the teenagers develop to become or develop with proper morals that thesociety does require. Morally the backgrounds and ethnic-based groupsalso give one a sense of identity to associate with which in turn makes people appreciatewho they are and how they do theirthings. This is important for teenagers as they get to have diverse views about others and look for a better way through which they can embrace multiculturalism.
