Goal setting is an important aspect that I highly regard within my career life. As a result, there are critical advanced learning methods that I have demonstrated and maintained while setting plans for goals setting. The most elaborate advanced learning strategy I employed about 12 months ago is structured sharing. Structured sharing is an advanced learning mechanism that ensures an individual makes good decisions and plans better goals while upholding several aspects of the learning environment. Previously, structured sharing enabled me to weigh various variables and essential learning strategies before I could set goals. The outcomes of structured sharing as a strategy for setting up goals were a better and exemplary performance that met my goals. Organizing and sorting goals is the following strategy that I plan to employ while planning goal setting. Organizing and sorting are essential learning strategies. The prospected outcome is attaining goals previously set with a higher standard set.

1. Setting priorities

Management of self is the most critical aspect that I consider, especially while undertaking most of my duties and obligations oriented towards attaining the preferable career goals and plans that I have in place. On my side, personal management involves three categories that have been exclusively important in my past performance life and continue to be important in future performance and goal setting (Eldridge et al., 2021). The three categories include stress management, positive or critical thinking, and assertiveness towards producing own career development plans.

Stress management

To address stress, I have initially engaged in identifying key issues that are often associated with stress in my journey towards achieving specific career goals in my career life. An elaborate instance is when I successfully identified overthinking and anxiety as crucial stress issue that was hindering me from attaining a better grade. Thus after identifying these two issues, there were significant improvements in how I performed in the subsequent tests. Thus, the fundamental stress management aspect that I employ is identifying the stressing issue and addressing the issue efficiently. Other than identifying and addressing the stressing issue, I have set three basic ideas that will help me address stress issues; Carrying out physical exercise, developing a cognitive perspective of various issues, and finding a unique solution to every problem.

Positive/critical thinking

Critical thinking has been the source of previous success. on my side, critical thinking is affiliated with various learning strategies such as efficient timing, practice testing, interleaved practice, and distributed preparation. These are the primary learning methods and self-learning strategies that I employ due to critical thinking. I currently operate and plan on adjusting the current strategy that I have. My positive thinking identifies various issues, such as appropriate learning methods that I can adopt; I analyze them, discover multiple facets within the learning strategies, decide on the significance of these models and draw practical conclusions from them.
