Usually, the relationship that does exist between the parents and the family in general changes when the children reach their adolescence period. Without a doubt, the teenagers need parent as well as the parent support just as much as they got or needed it when they were at their tender ages. When a child is young a parent the primary role is to nurture as well as guide them at this stage one as a parent may get to find out that the relationship with the child is growing to be more equal. The parent and families in this case are the sources of care, they are the emotional supporters, as well as the security of the teenager. As a teenager some still want their parents to get involved in want they do however much their attitude may be communicating a different aspect.

Most young people especially teenagers get to have ups and down with their families but things get back to normal when they mature enough.  Families are important to teenagers because they first give a sense of identity to them, this identity uplifts their self-esteem and they foster good interactions just like what they do at home with their peers. Moreover, morals do begin at home and when the teenagers are raised with proper morals within the family level then they tend to have or maintain the same even when with their peers.

The family setting also plays a very great role in the role modelling and also the aspect of behaviour modelling. With a proper family background, a teenagerlearns how to behave better individually and also as a groupwhich is a very key aspect within the societal dimensions. Thus in this case family is essential when it comes to the development of one as a teenager, it contributes to the proper components that the society needs from theteenagers.

On the other hand, while the main aim of the school is the academic development of the students, its effects on teenagers are way far in terms of development and also their mental and physical safety. Otheraspects, in this case, are inclusive of the social-based development as well as the civil development which theteenagerslearn in a school setting. Teenagers do have most of their time spent on school-related activities, However, the effects of school life, in this case, affect all the other outcomes-based entailed through a variety of activities which are inclusive of after-school programs, pedagogy, caretaking related activities an also the informal social environment as created by the staff and students on an everyday basis.

The school just like any other lace has its values or rather policies that have to be followed, in this case, the teenagers are not free to do whatever it is that they want to do and that is fine. They get to learn that in society there are rules which help the people or one as an individual to lead a good life. Howeverwhen these rules are broken then there is a punishment for the same. Thus the school helps the teenagers understand that rules are there to be obeyed and values maintained failure to which there are punishments for the same. In-School therefore one also learn the art of communication in good grammar.

Ethics and background are also other agents of socialization that are good at ensuring that the teenagers develop to become or develop with proper morals that thesociety does require. Morally the backgrounds and ethnic-based groupsalso give one a sense of identity to associate with which in turn makes people appreciatewho they are and how they do theirthings. This is important for teenagers as they get to have diverse views about others and look for a better way through which they can embrace multiculturalism.
